   Eggless Vanilla Sponge Cake Ingredients:   All Purpose Flour (Maida):  ¾ cup   Curd (Plain Yogurt):  ½ cup , 120 gm   Granulated Sugar:  ½ cup   Baking Soda: ¾ tsp  Baking Powder: ¾ tsp Flaxseed powder: ¾ tsp Cooking Oil: ¼ cup Vanilla Extract: 1. Pre heat the oven at 350 degree f . 2. Take half cup yougurt or dahi in bowl 3. Add half cup sugar in bowl. 4. Mix well using a wired whisk until smooth. Add 3/4 teaspoon baking soda and 3/4 teaspoon baking powder. Add 1 ½ tsp of flaxseeds powder. 5. Close the bowl and proof this for 5 to 8 minutes. 6. On the other side, Take either two 6-inches (round or square) baking pans or one 8-inch baking pan. Grease entire surface of the pan with oil or melted butter using a brush. 7.  Sift All-purpose flour on the other side. 8.  Labad Wange( Eggplant) a.k.a Maharashtrian Momos is my Dadi's recipe. Growing up we never had nonveg or eggs so this is our "Sunday Special" recipe. This is a kind of healthy recipe because we are using 3,4 types lentils in this and we are steaming these momos.   We can divide this recipe into 3 parts  1. Stuffing  2. Covering  3. Onion Curry.   KONAR Express (Juice of kokum and Anar)  You can make this as a summer/welcome/ Immunity booster drink  Ingredients:  Pomegranate seeds Half a cup  Kokum syrup 1 tbsp  Black salt pinch  Roasted cumin powder Water :1 Glass  Ice: 4 to 5 cubes  Mint To garnish:   Prep time: 5 minute  Cook time: 5 minute  Recipe:  1.Pomegranate, kokum syrup, roasted cumin seeds, pink salt in mixer. Stir it lightly in the mixer or food processor. 2. Add one cup of water 3. Then filter it and extract the juice. 4. 2-3 ice cubes in the juice and pour in the glass. Add mint on top and serve immediately.    * If you want, you can also add ¼ cup of soda drink in it.

Today we will be making Tamarind sauce, which is a popular condiment in India to eat with street foods such as samosa and kachori. It has a sweet and tangy taste which will go well with your favorite Indian snacks.     Tamarind: ½ cup    Dates: 1 cup    Jaggery: ½ cup    Water: 1 cup    Salt : Taste    Chili powder: 1 TSP (Optional)   Coriander Powder: 1 TSP (Optional)    Chat Masala: 1TSP (Optional)      Add tamarind, dates, and jaggery in a pressure cooker/instant pot.     Add 1 cup of water. There are many types of kadhi, but this is a simple yet popular Maharashtrian recipe for both lunch and dinner.    Cheese chili garlic toast: Ingredients: Slice bread: 12 pc Butter: 5 TBSP Cheese: 1 cup Finely chopped capsicum: ½ cup Finely chopped onion: 2 TBSP Finely Chopped cilantro: 2TBSP Black Pepper Powder: 2 TSP Chat Masala: 2TSP Salt To taste No. of sandwiches: 6 Method: 1.      Mix all ingredients together. 2.      Take two bread slices. 3.      Apply butter on it. 4.      Apply Green chutney on it. 5.      Put mixture on one of the slices you have.
