Today we will be making Tamarind sauce, which is a popular condiment in India to eat with street foods such as samosa and kachori. It has a sweet and tangy taste which will go well with your favorite Indian snacks. Tamarind: ½ cup  Dates: 1 cup  Jaggery: ½ cup  Water: 1 cup  Salt : Taste  Chili powder: 1 TSP (Optional) Coriander Powder: 1 TSP (Optional)  Chat Masala: 1TSP (Optional) Add tamarind, dates, and jaggery in a pressure cooker/instant pot.  Add 1 cup of water. Close the cooker or instant pot  Now pressure cook this for 3 whistles. If you are doing this in an instant pot, then cook it on normal pressure for 12 minutes. Kadhi is a popular Indian dish, made with chickpea flour and yogurt/ curd as the main ingredients. There are many types of kadhi, but this is a simple yet popular Maharashtrian recipe for both lunch and dinner. Cheese chili garlic toast: Ingredients: Slice bread: 12 pc Butter: 5 TBSP Cheese: 1 cup Finely chopped capsicum: ½ cup Finely chopped onion: 2 TBSP Finely Chopped cilantro: 2TBSP Black Pepper Powder: 2 TSP Chat Masala: 2TSP Salt To taste No. of sandwiches: 6 Method: 1.      Mix all ingredients together. 2.      Take two bread slices. 3.      Apply butter on it. 4.      Apply Green chutney on it. 5.      Put mixture on one of the slices you have. (use your own judgement) 6.      Cover this with another bread slice. 7.      Apply butter on pan/ sandwich maker. 8.      Grilled sandwiches for 5 minutes. 9.      Then your sandwiches are ready to serve.
