Maharashtrian Momos/ Labad wange / Traditional Recipe

Labad Wange( Eggplant) a.k.a Maharashtrian Momos is my Dadi's recipe. Growing up we never had nonveg or eggs so this is our "Sunday Special" recipe. This is a kind of healthy recipe because we are using 3,4 types lentils in this and we are steaming these momos. We can divide this recipe into 3 parts 1. Stuffing 2. Covering 3. Onion Curry. KONAR Express (Juice of kokum and Anar) You can make this as a summer/welcome/ Immunity booster drink  Ingredients:  Pomegranate seeds Half a cup  Kokum syrup 1 tbsp  Black salt pinch  Roasted cumin powder Water :1 Glass  Ice: 4 to 5 cubes  Mint To garnish:  Prep time: 5 minute  Cook time: 5 minute Recipe:  1.Pomegranate, kokum syrup, roasted cumin seeds, pink salt in mixer. Stir it lightly in the mixer or food processor. 2. Add one cup of water 3. Then filter it and extract the juice. 4. 2-3 ice cubes in the juice and pour in the glass. Add mint on top and serve immediately.   * If you want, you can also add ¼ cup of soda drink in it.
