Maharashtrian Momos/ Labad wange / Traditional Recipe
Labad Wange( Eggplant) a.k.a Maharashtrian Momos is my Dadi's recipe. Growing up we never had nonveg or eggs so this is our "Sunday Special" recipe. This is a kind of healthy recipe because we are using 3,4 types lentils in this and we are steaming these momos. We can divide this recipe into 3 parts 1. Stuffing 2. Covering 3. Onion Curry.
